In a licensed residential group home setting, we help individuals acquire, retain, or improve skills for successful community living. Support follows each person’s assessed needs and person-centered service plan.

What support can include

• Skill-building and independent living skills.
• Daily living routines and household participation.
• Routine, general, and safety supports.
• Individualized assistance and supervision.
• Community activities and participation.
• Health and safety supports consistent with authorized services.

Paid staff are physically present to provide required supports, with services available up to 24 hours per day. The level of assistance reflects each individual’s assessed and authorized support needs.

Community Living Waiver eligibility

This program serves adults with developmental disabilities enrolled in the Virginia Community Living (CL) Waiver and authorized to receive Group Home Residential Services.
